There will be NO ADMISSION fee for the Saturday 6:30 pm finals/show! Free will donations will be gladly accepted at the doors. Entry for the preliminaries on Friday evening and Saturday morning can be paid at the door for each event. For your convenience there will be a preliminary wristband sold for both Friday and Saturday daytime preliminaries for $20. This can only be purchased at the contest at the camping registration table or at the door and it will allow easy entry at the Rear Camping Door of the arena.

For the past three years we used the new entrance to the fiddle park which is noted on the simplified map of Tavistock. The new dumping station worked out well and we hope to make the flow of traffic smoother by supplying a common hose for the sewer connection. This will make the line-up go faster as you won't need to use your own sewer hose. No washing of RV's in the Fiddle Park or Dump Station!

Saturday morning from 10 am to 1:30 pm we will be having our annual Penny Sale with the draw of the tickets taking place at 1:30 pm. The prize winning numbers will be posted in the Penny Sale area near the back entrance of the arena. Check the board to see if you will be taking home a prize!!

Quehl's of Tavistock will continue to provide a buffet-style roast beef dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. Our ever-popular Gospel Breakfast takes place on Sunday morning from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the new pavillion.
